Tafsir Al-Jalalayn: Ash-Shu'araa, Ayah 152
ٱلَّذِينَ يُفْسِدُونَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَلَا يُصْلِحُونَ
Who cause corruption in the land and do not amend."
