Tafsir Al-Jalalayn: Ar-Room, Ayah 59
كَذَٰلِكَ يَطْبَعُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
Thus does Allah seal the hearts of those who do not know.

Narrated by 'Abdullah b. 'Amr b. al-'As reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:
Sunan an-Nasa'i#1372Sahih
"Whoever missed three jumu'ahs out of negligence, Allah will place a seal over his heart."
Narrated by It was narrated from Abu Al-Ja'd Ad-Damri-who was a Companion of the Prophet (ﷺ)- that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:
Jami` at-Tirmidhi#500Da'if
"Allah's Messenger said: 'Whoever neglects the Friday prayer three times (in a row) without an excuse, then Allah sets a seal upon his heart.'"
Narrated by Abu Al-Ja'd - meaning Ad-Damri - narrated, and he was a Companion according to the claim of Muhammad bin Amr:

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever misses jumu'ah three times with no cogent excuse, Allah (SWT) will place a seal on his heart."

Thus does God seal the hearts of those who do not know anything of God’s Oneness in the same way that He has sealed the hearts of these aforementioned individuals.
