Tafsir Al-Jalalayn: Faatir, Ayah 16
إِن يَشَأْ يُذْهِبْكُمْ وَيَأْتِ بِخَلْقٍۢ جَدِيدٍۢ
If He wills, He can do away with you and bring forth a new creation.
