Tafsir Al-Jalalayn: Al-Jaathiya, Ayah 37
وَلَهُ ٱلْكِبْرِيَآءُ فِى ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۖ وَهُوَ ٱلْعَزِيزُ ٱلْحَكِيمُ
And to Him belongs [all] grandeur within the heavens and the earth, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

Scholars offer complementary perspectives
(And unto Him (alone) belongeth majesty) might and sovereignty (in the heavens and the earth) over the dwellers of the heavens and the earth, (and He is the Mighty) in His dominion and sovereignty, (the Wise) in His command and decree'.
Al-Jalalayn Commentary
And to Him belongs all grandeur all majesty in the heavens and the earth fī’l-samāwāti wa’l-ardi is a circumstantial qualifier and He is the Mighty the Wise — as explained in a similar statement above.
