Tafsir Al-Jalalayn: At-Tur, Ayah 33
أَمْ يَقُولُونَ تَقَوَّلَهُۥ ۚ بَل لَّا يُؤْمِنُونَ
Or do they say, "He has made it up"? Rather, they do not believe.
