تِلْكَ إِذًۭا قِسْمَةٌۭ ضِيزَىٰٓ

That then would indeed be an unfair division! dīzān ‘unfair’ derives from dāzahu yadīzuhu to mean ‘he wronged him’ ‘he was unjust to him’.
