Tafsir Ibn Abbas: Ibrahim, Ayah 14
وَلَنُسْكِنَنَّكُمُ ٱلْأَرْضَ مِنۢ بَعْدِهِمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامِى وَخَافَ وَعِيدِ
And We will surely cause you to dwell in the land after them. That is for he who fears My position and fears My threat."

Tafsir
Scholars offer complementary perspectives
and We shall surely make you dwell in the land their land after them after they have been destroyed — that victory over them and bequest of the land to you is for whoever fears the standing before Me that is whoever fears when he comes to stand before Me and fears My threat’ of chastisement.
Ibn Abbas Commentary
(And verily We shall make you to dwell in the land) in their township and habitations (after them) after their destruction. (This) dwelling in their land (is for him who feareth My Majesty) standing before Me [on the Day of Judgement] (and feareth My threats) My chastisement.
