Tafsir Ibn Abbas: Al-Hijr, Ayah 12
كَذَٰلِكَ نَسْلُكُهُۥ فِى قُلُوبِ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ
Thus do We insert denial into the hearts of the criminals.

Thus We cause it to find its way in other words in the same way that We have caused denial to enter the hearts of those individuals We cause it to enter into the hearts of the sinners that is the disbelievers of Mecca.

(Thus do We make it) We leave denial (traverse the hearts of the guilty) the hearts of the idolaters:
