Tafsir Ibn Abbas: Taa-Haa, Ayah 125

قَالَ رَبِّ لِمَ حَشَرْتَنِىٓ أَعْمَىٰ وَقَدْ كُنتُ بَصِيرًۭا
He will say, "My Lord, why have you raised me blind while I was [once] seeing?"

Ibn Abbas Commentary

He will say: My Lord!) O my Lord! (Wherefore hast Thou gathered me (hither) blind, when I was wont to see) in the life of this world?
