إِلَّا تَذْكِرَةًۭ لِّمَن يَخْشَىٰ
But only as a reminder for those who fear [Allah] -

(But as a reminder) an admonition (unto him who feareth) unto him who embraces Islam, and We have not revealed it to you in order that you tire yourself,
