إِنَّهُمْ عَنِ ٱلسَّمْعِ لَمَعْزُولُونَ
Indeed they, from [its] hearing, are removed.

(Lo! verily they) i.e. the devils (are banished from the hearing) they are prevented from hearing the revelation.
