The Prophet (ﷺ) read the verse mentioned above, "min du'f."
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: A surah of the Qur'an containing thirty verses will intercede its reader till he will be forgiven. That is: "Blessed is He in Whose Hand is the sovereignty" (Surah 67).
This hadith has been transmitted on the authority of Sulaiman (but with a slight modification of words).
from Ubay bin Ka'b that the Prophet (ﷺ) recited: "Fi 'Ainin Hami'ah" (18:86)
that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Indeed there is a Surah in the Qur'an of thirty Ayat, which intercedes for a man until he is forgiven. It is Tabarak Alladhi Biyadihil-Mulk."
"The Prophet would open his Salat with (Bismillahir-Rahmanir-Rahim)."
The prophet (ﷺ) did not distinguish between the two surahs until the words “In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the merciful” was revealed to him. These are the words of Ibn al-sarh.
