Tafsir Ibn Abbas: As-Saaffaat, Ayah 13

وَإِذَا ذُكِّرُوا۟ لَا يَذْكُرُونَ

And when they are reminded, they remember not.

Ibn Abbas Commentary

(And heed not) and take no admonition (when they are reminded) by the Qur'an,

Scholars offer diverse perspectives

and even when they are reminded when they are admonished with the Qur’ān they are not mindful they do not heed the admonition

And he forgot who had to forget that and. he did not make a mention of what follows after this.
