Tafsir Ibn Abbas: As-Saaffaat, Ayah 41
أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ لَهُمْ رِزْقٌۭ مَّعْلُومٌۭ
Those will have a provision determined -

Narrated by Ibn 'Abbas (Allah be pleased with them) reported that when Allah's Prophet (ﷺ) came to Medina, they were paying one and two years in advance for fruits, so he said:

"Pre-emption takes effect in all cases where land has not been divided. But if the boundaries have been sent, and the roads lay out, then there is no pre-emption."

(For them there is a known provision) in measure for the morning and evening of the life of this world, except that over there there is no morning or evening.
