Tafsir Ibn Abbas: Fussilat, Ayah 54
أَلَآ إِنَّهُمْ فِى مِرْيَةٍۢ مِّن لِّقَآءِ رَبِّهِمْ ۗ أَلَآ إِنَّهُۥ بِكُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ مُّحِيطٌۢ
Unquestionably, they are in doubt about the meeting with their Lord. Unquestionably He is, of all things, encompassing.

Tafsir
Scholars offer complementary perspectives
Nay verily they are in doubt about the encounter with their Lord because they deny the Resurrection. Nay verily He exalted be He encompasses all things in knowledge and in power and so He will requite them for their disbelief.
Ibn Abbas Commentary
(How! Are they) i.e. the people of Mecca (still in doubt about the meeting with their Lord) about resurrection after death? (Lo! Is not He surrounding all things) does He not know all things concerning their works and punishment?'
