Tafsir Ibn Abbas: Al-Jaathiya, Ayah 29
هَٰذَا كِتَٰبُنَا يَنطِقُ عَلَيْكُم بِٱلْحَقِّ ۚ إِنَّا كُنَّا نَسْتَنسِخُ مَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
This, Our record, speaks about you in truth. Indeed, We were having transcribed whatever you used to do."

(This Our Book) i.e. the record of the guardian angels (pronounceth against you) testifies against you (with truth) with fairness. (Lo! We have caused (all) that ye did) and say in the life of the world (to be recorded.
