نَحْنُ خَلَقْنَٰكُمْ فَلَوْلَا تُصَدِّقُونَ
We have created you, so why do you not believe?

We created you We brought you into existence from nothing. Will you not then affirm this truth? in resurrection? For the One able to create from nothing is also able to repeat this creation.
Ibn Abbas Commentary
(We created you) O people of Mecca. (Will ye then admit the Truth) will you then believe in the Messenger?
