Tafsir Ibn Abbas: Al-Haaqqa, Ayah 48
وَإِنَّهُۥ لَتَذْكِرَةٌۭ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ
And indeed, the Qur'an is a reminder for the righteous.

(And lo! It) i.e. the Qur'an (is a warrant) a reminder (unto those who ward off (evil)) disbelief, idolatry and indecencies.
