Everyone among you is constantly in prayer so long as the prayer detains him (for this noble objective) and nothing prevents him to return to his family but the prayer.

The most beloved action to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) was that whose doer did it continuously and regularly.
Ibn Abbas Commentary
Allah then explained the traits of the latter, saying: (Who are constant at their worship) they constantly perform their prescribed daily prayers, whether it is at night or in the day, and they never fail to perform them.
