Tafsir Ibn Abbas: Al-Mursalaat, Ayah 39
فَإِن كَانَ لَكُمْ كَيْدٌۭ فَكِيدُونِ
So if you have a plan, then plan against Me.

(If now ye have any wit) if you have the power to do anything to Me, (outwit Me) then do it; it is also said that this means: if you have any scheme against Me, then execute it.
