Tafsir Ibn Abbas: An-Naazi'aat, Ayah 36

وَبُرِّزَتِ ٱلْجَحِيمُ لِمَن يَرَىٰ

And Hellfire will be exposed for [all] those who see -

Ibn Abbas Commentary

(And hell will stand forth visible to him who seeth) to him who is ordained to enter it,

Scholars offer complementary perspectives

and the Hell-fire the consuming Fire is revealed for all to see for every on-looker the response to idhā ‘when’ is what follows
