Tafsir Ibn Abbas: Al-Mutaffifin, Ayah 31
وَإِذَا ٱنقَلَبُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰٓ أَهْلِهِمُ ٱنقَلَبُوا۟ فَكِهِينَ
And when they returned to their people, they would return jesting.

(And when they) the disbelievers (returned to their own folk, they returned jesting) they returned happy with their idolatry and mocking the believers;
