Tafsir Ibn Abbas: Al-Fajr, Ayah 25
فَيَوْمَئِذٍۢ لَّا يُعَذِّبُ عَذَابَهُۥٓ أَحَدٌۭ
So on that Day, none will punish [as severely] as His punishment,
