فَسَنُيَسِّرُهُۥ لِلْعُسْرَىٰ

We will ease him toward difficulty.

Ibn Abbas Commentary

(Surely We will ease his way unto adversity) We shall make easy for him acts of disobedience and refraining from giving to charity, time and again.
