Business Transactions

وَعَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ بْنِ سَهْلٍ قَالَ : { كَتَبَ مَعِي عُمَرُ إِلَى أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ - رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ- ; أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -قَالَ : " اَللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُ مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ , وَالْخَالُ وَارِثُ مَنْ لَا وَارِثَ لَهُ } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ , وَالْأَرْبَعَةُ سِوَى أَبِي دَاوُدَ , وَحَسَّنَهُ اَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ , وَصَحَّحَهُ اِبْنُ حِبَّانَ 1 .1 - صحيح . رواه أحمد ( 1 / 28 و 46 ) ، والنسائي في " الكبرى " ( 4 / 76 ) ، والترمذي ( 2103 ) ، وابن ماجه ( 2737 ) ، وابن حبان ( 1227 ) . وقال الترمذي : " حسن صحيح " . قلت : حسن باعتبار سنده عندهم ، صحيح بشاهده السابق ، وله شاهد آخر عن عائشة رضي الله عنها.
Narrated Abu Umamah bin Sahl (RA): 'Umar (RA) wrote to Abu Ubaidah (RA) that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) had said: "Allah and His Messenger are the Patrons of him who has none and a maternal uncle is the heir of him who has no inheritor."
