وَعَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ , عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَيْسَ لِلْقَاتِلِ مِنَ الْمِيرَاثِ شَيْءٌ } رَوَاهُ النَّسَائِيُّ , وَاَلدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ , وَقَوَّاهُ اِبْنُ عَبْدِ اَلْبَرِّ , وَأَعَلَّهُ النَّسَائِيُّ , وَالصَّوَابُ: وَقْفُهُ عَلَى عُمَرَ 1 .1 - صححه شيخنا - حفظه الله - في " الإرواء " رقم ( 1671 ).
Narrated 'Amr bin Shu'aib on his father's authority from his grandfather (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "One who kills a man cannot inherit anything from him."
