Bulugh al-Maram #282
The Book of Prayer
The Arabic includes the chain of narration (sanad) and the collector's commentary; the English translation shows the Prophet's words only.
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ : { نَهَى رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ اَلرَّجُلُ مُخْتَصِرًا } مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ , وَاللَّفْظُ لِمُسْلِمٍ . 1
وَمَعْنَاهُ : أَنْ يَجْعَلَ يَدَهُ عَلَى خَاصِرَتِهِ 21 - صحيح . رواه البخاري (1219و 1220) ، ومسلم (545) .
2 - قلت : وفسره الحافظ بهذا التفسير ونص عليه منعا للالتباس بغيره إذ حكى بعضهم تفاسير أخرى لهذا اللفظ .
Narrated Abu Hurairah (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade keeping one's hands on one's waist while praying.

The wording is that of Muslim's.
And it's meaning is to put (one's) hands on his waist.
