Prayer (Kitab Al-Salat): Prostration while reciting the Qur'an

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ لَيْسَ ‏{‏ ص ‏}‏ مِنْ عَزَائِمِ السُّجُودِ وَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَسْجُدُ فِيهَا ‏.‏
A prostration when reciting Sad is not one of those which are divinely commanded, but I have seen Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prostrate himself.

وَإِذَا قُرِئَ عَلَيْهِمُ ٱلْقُرْءَانُ لَا يَسْجُدُونَ ۩
And when the Qur'an is recited to them, they do not prostrate [to Allah]?
سُورَةُ الشُّعَرَاءِ
Ash-Shu'araa (The Poets)
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
2 ayahs
وَتَقَلُّبَكَ فِى ٱلسَّٰجِدِينَ
And your movement among those who prostrate.
فَأُلْقِىَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ سَٰجِدِينَ
So the magicians fell down in prostration [to Allah].
