Wages (Kitab Al-Ijarah)
Hasan in chain

The Arabic includes the chain of narration (sanad) and the collector's commentary; the English translation shows the Prophet's words only.

حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمَعْنَاهُ قَالَ ‏ "‏ أَوْ يَقُولُ أَحَدُهُمَا لِصَاحِبِهِ اخْتَرْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
"Or one of them tells the other: "Exercise the right."
Narrated by The tradition mentioned above has also been transmitted by Ibn 'Umar from the Prophet (ﷺ) to the same effect through a different chain of narrators. This version adds:
