Prayer (Kitab Al-Salat)
Da'if Maqtu'

حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ، قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عَمْرٍو يَعْنِي الأَوْزَاعِيَّ وَذَلِكَ أَنْ تَرَى، مَا عَلَى الأَرْضِ مِنَ الشَّمْسِ صَفْرَاءَ ‏.‏
Delaying the 'Asr prayer means that the sunshine becomes yellow on the earth.
Narrated by Al-Awza'i said:

When the sun is wrapped up [in darkness]
سُورَةُ المُدَّثِّرِ
Al-Muddaththir (The Cloaked One)
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
1 ayah
وَٱلصُّبْحِ إِذَآ أَسْفَرَ
And [by] the morning when it brightens,
سُورَةُ يسٓ
Yaseen (Yaseen)
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
1 ayah
وَٱلشَّمْسُ تَجْرِى لِمُسْتَقَرٍّۢ لَّهَا ۚ ذَٰلِكَ تَقْدِيرُ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْعَلِيمِ
And the sun runs [on course] toward its stopping point. That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing.
سُورَةُ الشَّمۡسِ
Ash-Shams (The Sun)
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
