Chapters Regarding Funerals

حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَنْبَأَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ حَاتِمِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ نُسَىٍّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ ‏ "‏ خَيْرُ الْكَفَنِ الْحُلَّةُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
“The best of shrouds is the Hullah (two-piecer).”
Narrated by It was narrated from ‘Ubadah bin Samit that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

Context

The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) stated that the best shroud for the deceased is the Hullah, which consists of two pieces. This hadith reflects the importance of honoring the deceased with dignity and respect, particularly in their final rites, emphasizing the value of proper funeral practices.
