قَالَ إِنَّمَا يَأْتِيكُم بِهِ ٱللَّهُ إِن شَآءَ وَمَآ أَنتُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ
Qaala innamaa yaateekum bihil laahu in shaaa'a wa maaa antum bimu'jizeen
He said, "Allah will only bring it to you if He wills, and you will not cause [Him] failure.

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "When anyone of you appeal to Allah for something, he should ask with
determination and should not say, 'O Allah, if You wish, give me.', for nobody can force Allah to do
something against His Will.
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "Whenever anyone of you invoke Allah for something, he should be firm in his
asking, and he should not say: 'If You wish, give me...' for none can compel Allah to do something
against His Will."
That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Whoever swears and says: 'If Allah wills (Insha Allah), then he will not have broken it."
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "None of you should say: 'O Allah! Forgive me if You wish,' or 'Bestow Your
Mercy on me if You wish,' or 'Provide me with means of subsistence if You wish,' but he should be
firm in his request, for Allah does what He will and nobody can force Him (to do anything).
"The Messenger of Allah said: 'Whoever swears an oath and says: "If Allah wills, then he has made an exception."'"

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.
مَٰلِكِ يَوْمِ ٱلدِّينِ
Sovereign of the Day of Recompense.
ٱللَّهُ يَسْتَهْزِئُ بِهِمْ وَيَمُدُّهُمْ فِى طُغْيَٰنِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ
[But] Allah mocks them and prolongs them in their transgression [while] they wander blindly.
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ ٱعْبُدُوا۟ رَبَّكُمُ ٱلَّذِى خَلَقَكُمْ وَٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ
O mankind, worship your Lord, who created you and those before you, that you may become righteous -
ٱلَّذِى جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلْأَرْضَ فِرَٰشًۭا وَٱلسَّمَآءَ بِنَآءًۭ وَأَنزَلَ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَآءًۭ فَأَخْرَجَ بِهِۦ مِنَ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ رِزْقًۭا لَّكُمْ ۖ فَلَا تَجْعَلُوا۟ لِلَّهِ أَندَادًۭا وَأَنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ
[He] who made for you the earth a bed [spread out] and the sky a ceiling and sent down from the sky, rain and brought forth thereby fruits as provision for you. So do not attribute to Allah equals while you know [that there is nothing similar to Him].
وَٱسْتَعِينُوا۟ بِٱلصَّبْرِ وَٱلصَّلَوٰةِ ۚ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلْخَٰشِعِينَ
And seek help through patience and prayer, and indeed, it is difficult except for the humbly submissive [to Allah]
