سُورَةُ المُدَّثِّرِ
Al-Muddaththir (The Cloaked One)
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
10 ayahs
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلْمُدَّثِّرُ
O you who covers himself [with a garment],
قُمْ فَأَنذِرْ
Arise and warn
وَرَبَّكَ فَكَبِّرْ
And your Lord glorify
وَثِيَابَكَ فَطَهِّرْ
And your clothing purify
وَٱلرُّجْزَ فَٱهْجُرْ
And uncleanliness avoid
وَلَا تَمْنُن تَسْتَكْثِرُ
And do not confer favor to acquire more
وَلِرَبِّكَ فَٱصْبِرْ
But for your Lord be patient.
فَإِذَا نُقِرَ فِى ٱلنَّاقُورِ
And when the trumpet is blown,
فَذَٰلِكَ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ يَوْمٌ عَسِيرٌ
That Day will be a difficult day
عَلَى ٱلْكَٰفِرِينَ غَيْرُ يَسِيرٍۢ
For the disbelievers - not easy.

Narrated by It was narrated from Samurah bin Jundab that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:

Narrated by This hadith, the like of one narrated by Yunus has also been transmitted by Ma'mar on the authority of al-Zuhri who narrated:

Allah only desires to take away any uncleanliness from you, O people of the household, and purify you (thorough purifying)
