إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكْرٌۭ لِّلْعَٰلَمِينَ
It is but a reminder to the worlds.

It is only in other words the Qur’ān is only a reminder an admonition for all worlds those of humans jinn and other rational beings but excluding the angels.
