إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكْرٌۭ لِّلْعَٰلَمِينَ
It is but a reminder to the worlds.

Ibn Abbas Commentary
(Lo! It) i.e. the Qur'an (is naught else than a reminder) an admonition (for all peoples) for the jinn and human beings.
