Tafsir Al-Jalalayn: Adh-Dhaariyat, Ayah 34
مُّسَوَّمَةً عِندَ رَبِّكَ لِلْمُسْرِفِينَ
Marked in the presence of your Lord for the transgressors."

(Marked) black in red (by thy Lord) these stones will come from your Lord (for (the destruction of) the wanton) for the destruction of the idolatrous folk.

Narrated by It was narrated from Anas bin Malik that some Bedouins from 'Urainah came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and became Muslims, but the climate of Al-Madinah did not suit them; their skin turned yellow and their stomachs became swollen. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent them to some pregnant camels of his and told them to drink their milk and urine until they recovered. Then they killed the camel-herder and drove the camels away. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) sent people after then and they were brought back. their hands and feet were cut off and their eyes were smoldered with burning nails. The Commander of the Believers, 'Abdul-Malik, said to Anas - when he was narrating this Hadith to him - "(Were they being punished) for Kufr or for a sin?" He said:

"Except the two takers pronounced at the time of the bowing."

marked bearing the name of the person at whom it will be hurled by your Lord ‘inda rabbika is an adverbial qualifier of musawwamatan ‘marked’ for the destruction of the prodigal’ for coming unto males in addition to their disbelief.
