Tafsir Ibn Abbas: Yaseen, Ayah 46
وَمَا تَأْتِيهِم مِّنْ ءَايَةٍۢ مِّنْ ءَايَٰتِ رَبِّهِمْ إِلَّا كَانُوا۟ عَنْهَا مُعْرِضِينَ
And no sign comes to them from the signs of their Lord except that they are from it turning away.

Scholars offer complementary perspectives
And never did a sign of the signs of their Lord come to them but that they turned away from it.
Ibn Abbas Commentary
(Never came a token) a sign (of the tokens) of the signs (of their Lord to them) to the disbelievers of Mecca, such as the splitting of the moon, the eclipse of the sun, Muhammad (pbuh) and the Qur'an (but they did turn away from it) except that they disbelieved in it!
