Tafsir Ibn Abbas: Adh-Dhaariyat, Ayah 45
فَمَا ٱسْتَطَٰعُوا۟ مِن قِيَامٍۢ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ مُنتَصِرِينَ
And they were unable to arise, nor could they defend themselves.
