Tafsir Ibn Abbas: Al-Qiyaama, Ayah 22

وُجُوهٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ نَّاضِرَةٌ

[Some] faces, that Day, will be radiant,

Ibn Abbas Commentary

(That day) the Day of Judgement (will faces) the faces of the believers who are true in their faith (be resplendent) beautiful, seemly and tender,

Scholars offer complementary perspectives

Some faces on that day that is on the Day of Resurrection will be radiant fair and resplendent

the Prophet said: "On the day of Resurrection, my nation will be radiant from prostrating and shining from Wudu."
