حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، عَنْ هَمَّامٍ، عَنْ خِلاَسٍ، نَحْوَهُ ‏.‏ وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِيهِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ، ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ عَلِيٍّ فِيهِ اضْطِرَابٌ ‏.‏ وَرُوِيَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى أَنْ تَحْلِقَ الْمَرْأَةُ رَأْسَهَا ‏.‏ وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ لاَ يَرَوْنَ عَلَى الْمَرْأَةِ حَلْقًا وَيَرَوْنَ أَنَّ عَلَيْهَا التَّقْصِيرَ ‏.‏
