حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الأَشْعَثِيُّ، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ وَأَبُو عَامِرٍ الأَشْعَرِيُّ وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ - وَاللَّفْظُ لأَبِي عَامِرٍ - قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ بُرَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، قَالَ احْتَرَقَ بَيْتٌ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ بِالْمَدِينَةِ مِنَ اللَّيْلِ فَلَمَّا حُدِّثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِشَأْنِهِمْ قَالَ ‏ "‏ إِنَّ هَذِهِ النَّارَ إِنَّمَا هِيَ عَدُوٌّ لَكُمْ فَإِذَا نِمْتُمْ فَأَطْفِئُوهَا عَنْكُمْ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
