The Book of Cutting off the Hand of the Thief

أَخْبَرَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، قَالَ قَالَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُخْتَلِسِ قَطْعٌ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
"The hand of the pilferer is not to be cut off."
