وَتَرَى ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ مُّقَرَّنِينَ فِى ٱلْأَصْفَادِ
Wa taral mujrimeena Yawma 'izim muqarraneena filasfaad
And you will see the criminals that Day bound together in shackles,
