Say ‘All intercession belongs solely to God that is to say He has exclusive control over it and so none can intercede except with His permission. To Him belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth; then to Him you will be brought back’.

"Intercede and your intercession may be accepted, and Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, decrees on the lips of His Prophet whatsoever He will."

Sunan Abu Dawud #5133Abu Musa reported the Messenger of Allah (May peace be upon him) as saying:Sahih

Make intercession to me, you will be rewarded, for Allah decrees what he wishes by the tongue of his prophet.

Lord of this perfect call and established prayer, grant Muhammad Al-Wasilah and Al-Fadilah, and raise him to the praised station that you promised him' - then intercession on the Day of Resurrection is made lawful for him."
