وَإِنَّهُۥ فِىٓ أُمِّ ٱلْكِتَٰبِ لَدَيْنَا لَعَلِىٌّ حَكِيمٌ
Wa innahoo feee Ummil Kitaabi Ladainaa la'aliyyun hakeem
And indeed it is, in the Mother of the Book with Us, exalted and full of wisdom.
