Tafsir Ibn Abbas: As-Saaffaat, Ayah 5
رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا وَرَبُّ ٱلْمَشَٰرِقِ
Lord of the heavens and the earth and that between them and Lord of the sunrises.

Scholars offer complementary perspectives
Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them and Lord of the sun’s risings that is as well as the sun’s settings — each day it the sun has a rising and a setting.

Narrated by Ibn Abbas reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) used to supplicate (with these words) and he (uttered these words) at the time of trouble; the rest of the hadith is the same except with this difference that insted of saying:

(Lord of the heavens and of the earth) the Creator of the heavens and of the earth (and all that is between them) of created beings and marvels, (and Lord of the sun's risings) the risings of winter and summer.
