Tafsir Ibn Abbas: Al-Haaqqa, Ayah 34
وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ
Nor did he encourage the feeding of the poor.

(And urged not on the feeding of the wretched) and did not urge on giving alms to the needy,
