حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، عَنْ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ الْحَبْحَابِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ قَالَ ‏ "‏ يَقْرَؤُهُ كُلُّ مُسْلِمٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
Every Muslim will read it.

هَٰذَا بَيَانٌۭ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًۭى وَمَوْعِظَةٌۭ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ
This [Qur'an] is a clear statement to [all] the people and a guidance and instruction for those conscious of Allah.
سُورَةُ الوَاقِعَةِ
Al-Waaqia (The Inevitable)
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
1 ayah
إِنَّهُۥ لَقُرْءَانٌۭ كَرِيمٌۭ
Indeed, it is a noble Qur'an
سُورَةُ عَبَسَ
Abasa (He frowned)
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
1 ayah
فَمَن شَآءَ ذَكَرَهُۥ
So whoever wills may remember it.
