فَأَخْرَجْنَا مَن كَانَ فِيهَا مِنَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ
So We brought out whoever was in the cities of the believers.

Ibn Abbas Commentary

(You We brought forth) from the townships of Lot's folk (such believers as were there) who believed in Allah's divine Oneness.
