أَخْبَرَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنِ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ، قَالَ الطَّاعُونُ وَالْمَبْطُونُ وَالْغَرِيقُ وَالنُّفَسَاءُ شَهَادَةٌ ‏.‏ قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُثْمَانَ مِرَارًا وَرَفَعَهُ مَرَّةً إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏.‏
